You can exercise the following rights at any time using the contact details provided above:

– Access to your data stored with us and its processing (Art. 15 GDPR),
– Rectification of inaccurate personal data (Art. 16 GDPR),
– Erasure of your data stored with us (Art. 17 GDPR),

If you have given us your consent, you can revoke it at any time with effect for the future.

You can lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority at any time, particularly in the member state of your residence, workplace, or our company headquarters. In Spain, this is the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (AEPD), www.aepd.es. An overview of supervisory authorities in Germany can be found at: https://www.bfdi.bund.de/DE/Infothek/Anschriften_Links/anschriften_links-node.html.

3. Hosting and Server Log Files

This website is hosted by the following external service provider: IONOS Germany. We have a data processing agreement with the host in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR.

Each time this website is accessed, the host automatically collects information in so-called server log files that your browser automatically transmits. These are:

– Browser type and version,
– operating system used,
– referrer URL,
– hostname of the accessing computer,
– time of server request,
– IP address.

This data is not combined with other data sources. The legal basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, which permits the processing of data to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures, as well as our legitimate interest in the secure and stable provision of our website.

4. Reservation Form

Type and purpose of processing: You can request a table reservation through the reservation form on our website. We collect the following data: name, phone number, email address, desired date, desired time, number of guests, preferred area (e.g., terrace, beach bar, indoor area), and optionally remarks (e.g., allergies, special occasions).

This information is used exclusively to process your reservation request: for internal scheduling, confirmation or cancellation by our team, and to contact you if we have questions. Our team personally decides on availability—each request is manually reviewed and confirmed or declined by us.

Legal basis: Processing is carried out to implement pre-contractual measures at your request (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR).

Recipients: Your information is transmitted to our reservation team and forwarded via email notification to our internal address. You will also automatically receive a confirmation email. No disclosure to other third parties takes place.

Storage duration: Your reservation data will be deleted no later than 30 days after the reservation date, unless legal retention obligations (e.g., commercial or tax law requirements) prevent this.

Provision required or necessary: Providing your name, phone number, email address, date, time, and number of guests is required so that we can process your reservation. Without this information, we cannot accept your request. Providing remarks is voluntary.

5. Contact by Phone or Email

If you contact us by phone or email, we process the data you provide (e.g., name, contact details, content of inquiry) for the purpose of handling your request. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b or lit. f GDPR (pre-contractual measure or legitimate interest in responding to your inquiry). The data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required to process your request.

For our business email communication, we use Gmail/Google Workspace from Google LLC (1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA). Data you transmit via email may also be processed on Google servers, including outside the EU/EEA. Google has committed to compliance with EU Standard Contractual Clauses. 6. Cookies

At present, this website does not use any cookies that would require your consent. No tracking, marketing, or analytics cookies are set when you visit the public pages. Should this change due to future website enhancements (e.g., integration of statistics or marketing tools), we will update this privacy policy accordingly and, where necessary, obtain your consent in advance via a cookie consent tool.

7. Fonts (Webfonts)

To ensure uniform display of fonts, we use Google Fonts on this website. Unlike many other websites, however, these fonts are hosted locally on our own server and delivered directly from there when the page is accessed. No connection to Google servers takes place and no data is transmitted to Google.

8. Links to Google Maps and Social Networks

Our website contains links to our location on Google Maps and to our profiles on Facebook, Instagram, and Tripadvisor. These are embedded as simple text links—no maps, “Like” buttons, or other widgets from these providers are loaded directly on our site (no automatic data exchange when simply accessing our website).

Only when you actively click on one of these links do you leave our website and access the respective external service. From that point on, the privacy policies of the respective provider apply:

– Google Maps / Google LLC: https://policies.google.com/privacy
– Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. (Facebook, Instagram): https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/
– Tripadvisor LLC: https://tripadvisor.mediaroom.com/de-privacy

9. SSL/TLS Encryption

For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, this site uses SSL/TLS encryption. You can recognize an encrypted connection by the fact that the browser address bar changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock icon in your browser bar.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to update this privacy policy to ensure it always complies with current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services, e.g., when introducing new features. The new privacy policy will then apply to your next visit.

11. Privacy Questions

If you have questions about privacy, please send us an email at lavidapaguera@gmail.com or contact us using the contact details provided above.
